One 30 minute call that can be used any time prior to 90 days before the wedding
Access to our preferred vendor list and our wedding planning checklist

90 days before your wedding:

4 planning calls
Timeline creation 12 weeks before wedding day
1 Final walkthrough with you and vendor team

Wedding week:

Manage vendor communication, including sending final documents (timeline, floor plan(s), etc.) to the vendor team
Create a condensed timeline for you to share with family/wedding party

Day-of:

Lead Planner onsite for 10 hours
Assistant Planner onsite for up to 5 hours
Set up and breakdown personal decor items
Manage the wedding day logistics (and any last minute changes!)
