We believe great wedding planning is about more than timelines and checklists. The starting price is $3,000 and is specifically for our 90-Day coordination package. You can also elevate this package by adding on a rehearsal the day before for $200.
There's a good chance we do! We've planned weddings at hotels, restaurants, private clubs, industrial venues, historic spaces, and outdoor locations throughout Chicago and beyond. Even if your venue is new to us, we take the time to learn every detail before your wedding day so everything runs smoothly. Yes! We love to travel and have been to florida, New York City, Upstate new york, and Utah. We are always excited for an opportunity to travel. Our pricing for New York City and Fort Lauderdale is just an additional $275 per planner to cover the cost of the flight.
Yes, we will pack all of your personal decor items before we leave the wedding and we will be sure to give the gifts and cards to a family member/friend that will be responsible for taking everything home for you.
We are onsite for a minimum of 10 hours. We will typically start at the getting ready location, and then head to the venue for vendor set-up. We find that it gives the couple a lot of peace of mind knowing we are at both the getting ready location, ceremony location, reception venue.
Yes, we will always provide our couples with a preferred vendor list. This list does not include every vendor we know and love, but it includes at least 5 of our favorite vendors from each category to help you narrow down your options.
As involved as you need us to be. Some couples want guidance every step of the way, while others simply want an expert to keep everything organized and on track. Our role is to make planning feel less overwhelming, answer questions as they come up, and help you enjoy the experience—not just the wedding day itself.
Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of working with a planner is having access to trusted vendors who fit your style, budget, and priorities. We'll recommend professionals we genuinely enjoy working with and help you build a team that works well together from the very beginning.
