I am a Wedding Planner based out of Chicago, but always willing to travel when I get the opportunity! I have always been a big dreamer so helping you dream up your wedding day is truly the best job I could ask for.
The most important part of your wedding day is staying present throughout the entire day. The last thing you need to worry about is why the cake hasn’t been delivered to the venue, or if the shuttle has arrived at the hotel to pick up your guests. You deserve a day overflowing with joy, love, and dancing. LOTS of dancing!
So that’s where I step in! I will make sure all those little details are ironed out, that grandma gets the best seat in the house for your ceremony, and that you are savoring every moment. Upon signing a contract with us, you will automatically receive our preferred vendor list and a Google spreadsheet to help you stay organized.
- Two 30 minute calls can be used to discuss any pain points you are having during the planning process.
- Nine hours of coordination on wedding day
- Day of timeline for all vendors and family/wedding party
- One venue walk through prior to wedding date
- Assist with rehearsal for 1 hour the day before the wedding day
- Set up and breakdown personal decor items
- Emergency kit with all kinds of goodies you may need on your big day
- Coordinate with musicians and/or dj during the ceremony to make sure the wedding party walks down the aisle at the correct time.
- Assisting your vendors, making sure set-up is smooth, and making sure vendors are taken care of
- Manage the wedding day logistics, and last minute changes the - week of the wedding.
